NetGuardIQ is a product of BrightWave Technology LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. By using NetGuardIQ, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using NetGuardIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BrightWave Technology LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
NetGuardIQ is a network security scanning platform that provides port scanning, vulnerability assessment, firewall analysis, backdoor detection, credential testing, and CVE checking services. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with multiple tiers.

NetGuardIQ offers the following subscription plans:
All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start your trial. You will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscriptions automatically renew monthly on the same date each month. You authorize BrightWave Technology LLC to charge your payment method on file automatically each billing cycle.
Important: If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
To cancel, you may use the cancellation option in your account settings or contact us at support@netguardiq.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Critical: You may ONLY use NetGuardIQ to scan networks, systems, and devices that you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Unauthorized scanning is illegal under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and other applicable laws.
By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to scan any target you submit to the Service.
All content, software, technology, and materials comprising the Service are the property of BrightWave Technology LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BRIGHTWAVE TECHNOLOGY LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIGHTWAVE TECHNOLOGY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrightWave Technology LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

BrightWave Technology LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates NetGuardIQ. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. We receive only a payment token and last 4 digits from Stripe.
We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or legal process, including to respond to requests from law enforcement agencies or government authorities.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Scan logs and activity records are retained for a minimum of 12 months. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@netguardiq.net.
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, encrypted password storage, and secure server infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through NetGuardIQ, a product of BrightWave Technology LLC.

All sales are final. BrightWave Technology LLC does not offer refunds for any subscription payments once charged. This applies to all subscription tiers — Home, Business, Enterprise, and All-in-One.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have full access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period. After that date, your account will be downgraded and access to paid features will end. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
Example: If you are billed on the 1st of the month and cancel on the 15th, you retain full access until the end of that month. You will not be charged again but no refund is issued for the remaining 15 days.
We may consider refunds only in the following exceptional circumstances:

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and dispute the chargeback.
